After fermentation, which takes place IN stainless steel vats, the wine ages FOR several months BETWEEN wood AND glass. The wine shows a deep ruby red colour. Initial smell WITH pleasant notes OF berries AND ripe black fruit, followed by a delicate spiciness OF liquorice AND cocoa. ON the palate the wine IS well-structured, WITH soft tannins, good freshness; lingering AND pleasant fruity aftertaste. Pairing : roast turkey breast, medium-aged cheeses, noodles WITH meat AND mushroom sauce.
